Iraqi forces arrest 6 ISIS members in Baghdad, Anbar and Sulaymaniyah

On Monday, the spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasool, announced the arrest of 6 members of the Islamic State (ISIS), in Baghdad, Anbar and Sulaymaniyah.

In a statement, Major General Rasoul said that the Counter-Terrorism Service was able to carry out a series of operations to pursue the remnants of ISIS. From the arrest of “a terrorist in the Yarmouk neighborhood of Baghdad governorate, and two terrorists in Anbar province.”
