"Since this morning, the second phase of the (deterrence of terrorism) campaign carried out by our forces in cooperation with the international coalition in the areas of Deir Al-Zor continues to track down and pursue the ISIS terrorists.
The campaign that targeted the dens of terrorists and suspects carried out a series of raids and arrests in the towns of Basra and Shuhail in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where several suspects were arrested and weapons and ammunition were confiscated.
The weapons that were confiscated are Kalashnikov (BKS) machine guns, individual silencer pistols and RBG launchers, in addition to various quantities of ammunition for the mentioned weapons. So far (24) people have been arrested among the terrorist belonging to the organization and suspects.
The campaign will continue until the goal for which it was launched is achieved. "
