The young man "Mahmoud Hassan Omeri", who has special needs, died under torture in a prison of the so-called "Syrian National Army" affiliated with Turkey, after nearly nine months of his kidnapping.
The young man Mahmoud Hassan Omri, born in the city Sere Kaniye/Ras Al-Ain in 1992, was suffering from paralysis on the right side of his body, lack of oxygen and poor eyesight and needed permanent companions.

He was kidnapped while trying to return to his family's home in Sere Kaniye.
